I suggest...
...Dicerca tenebrica. Another possibility is D. divaricata, although it should be a little brassier in color and with the median channel of the pronotum not so distinct.

Dicerca
It seems to me a beautiful specimen of Dicerca but I don't know the exact species: there are 27 ones in US!
