Dyschirius perhaps?
It could also be Dyschirius, but that's only an assumption. Positive ID to genus in most published keys differentiates the two through observation of the pronotal bead and the setigerous punctures along the lateral margin of the elytra.

Clivina would have a pronotal bead extended to the basal seta and an interruption of the setigerous punctures at the lateral margin of the elytra.

Dyschirius would have the pronotal bead not extended to the basal/posterior seta and have an uninterrupted row of lateral setigerous punctures along the elytra.

Both are quite challenging and fun to key out!
