The pattern is a bit ambiguous.
The high elevation means this could be Hippodamia moesta. But this sort of marking pattern can also be shown by H. glacialis and quinquesignata. The elevation does not eliminate those latter two species, so it is hard to be certain which of the three this represents. If you are able to find more at the same spot and document the variation in pattern, it can be possible to narrow down the ID.
