Ichneumon
Definitely reminds me of an ichneumon wasp, perhaps Megarhyssa sp.?

Or perhaps Ophion sp.?

Male giant ichneumon.
This is a really nice image of a male Megarhyssa sp. Hard to believe it is related to those huge, long-tailed jobs, huh:-)

Megarhyssa
