Eleodes tricostatus? - Eleodes tricostata

Eleodes tricostatus? - Eleodes tricostata
Dinosaur Provincial Park near Brooks, Alberta, Canada
July 22, 2007
Size: about 1.5 cm ?
This beetle was running rapidly in 38C heat over sun-baked sandstone in mid-morning. I'm pretty sure it is Eleodes, but I could find only one image on-line of E. tricostatus. I wondered if anyone can confirm?

Moved, Eleodes tricostatus....
