Scoliid? - Triscolia ardens - male

Scoliid? - Triscolia ardens - Male
12.5 mi. SW Benson - French Joe Canyon, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
September 13, 2016
Size: ~ 16 mm
First thought this was a male Mutillid when I saw it airborne. Now thinking it might be a male Scoliid, perhaps Triscolia ardens? Confirmation/correction, and further placement would be appreciated.

Male - Scoliid Wasp
This is a male Triscolia ardens. (south-western range) There is only one species in the genus in North America. The wings have three sub-marginal cells, which separates this genus from the look-alikes in the genus Scolia. (check the links on the info tabs) Nice shooting!

Thank you so much..
Appreciate the added info, and the help. I'll move them to the appropriate page.
