July 3, 2016: collected leaf of Zigzag Goldenrod, Solidago flexicaulis
Upper surface, the leaf to the right

This rearing is a bit more complicated than the other leaves.

July 13, 2016: opened darkened spot on underside of leaf, a wasp pupa (which I accidentally squished) and 'something' at the bottom of the rearing jar.
November 27, 2016: finally double checking some of the earlier rearing jars and realized, after the summer better acquaintance with Stigmella, that the previous 'something' was a cocoon. In the bit of crumpled TP there was a dead moth. I no longer had the leaf.
