July 14, 2016: collected a lep larva on Lead plant, Amorpha canescens, unsuccessful rearing
October 30, 2016: cleaning out the rearing jar found lots of life (dead) including these tiny wasps. At first I thought there was more than one species of these black/blue/green wasps but I now think they are one species in various states of desiccation which makes them looks a bit different from each other, at least to me.
This one is a different genus

These are males ...
... and regretfully, IDing male encyrtids to the genus level is very difficult. But these are NOT the same genus as the other (single) dorsal image you have (which is also a male).
