Frassed
Moved from Jumping Spiders. These images are not needed for the Guide and after looking at them again, am convinced that this is a male Salticus scenicus. Carapace shape is wrong for Messua.

If you would like to retain them in the Guide, feel free to move them to the Zebra Jumper page.

Hmm...
This individual is not in the best condition. Very little pattern is apparent and that makes this a bit challenging. The large chelicerae do seem like a good clue, but I'm hesitant to call this one Messua. The palp has a projection that looks familiar and I think this is rather a Zebra Jumper that was put through the wash.

Moved for review.
Moved from ID Request.

Male - (long-jaw) Jumper
The long chelicerae, with a long ventral tooth, might be something close to this, but please wait for an expert. If confirmed, a first for your state, congrats!
Messua limbata: ♂ (south-western range) The white stripes on the body are missing, but I'm not sure that anything else is possible.
