Unknown moth - possibly Elachistidae - Acleris semipurpurana

Unknown moth - possibly Elachistidae - Acleris semipurpurana
Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, USA
June 12, 2016
Size: 1/3 to 1/2 inch
Despite the new moth field guide being excellent, I cannot find this one in there. Shape suggests Elachistidae to me, but that could easily be incorrect. Both photos might be the same species, with significantly different markings, or perhaps they're different species?

I agree
The photo in the new Peterson field guide does not show any bright yellow. Thanks!

Looking again, my only doubt
Looking again, my only doubt is that this might possibly be a dark Acleris curvalana.

Could be...
The shape of the hind edge of the wings looks more like mine...straighter rather than "forked".
