Mantid parasite? - Podagrion

Mantid parasite? - Podagrion
Gadsden County, Florida, USA
December 17, 2016
This tiny wasp was seen, on several occasions, on a mantid egg case, during the winter. I never saw it actually parasitize it, but I can't think of another reason for its interest.
