Hard to say more than a possible Atheta. Collecting and genital preparation is necessary to say more.

That doesn't help.
There are many species on fungi, also from several genera which look very alike. Only way for those and most other Staphylinidae is collecting, preparations of genitalia and go trough (a lot of) literature. If you work like this I can help. If you're only taking pictures it will be simply hopeless.
