Is this a male powdered dancer? - Argia apicalis - Male
Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, USA
June 22, 2016
Found in the morning at White Rock lake, Winfrey Point. I will add a 2nd photo of the same individual, on a different perch and from the other side. I followed it from one perch to the other. Please let me know if I have the gender wrong and it is actually a blue form female.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

It is a male
You can see the secondary genitalia under abdominal segment 2. But we would suggest A. apicalis

Thanks
Regarding the gender, I thought that was what I was looking at but wanted to get confirmation. On species, I was on the fence between powdered and blue-fronted, the end of the tail on this one had a slight powdery feeling to it, which was what swayed me. I am good with blue-fronted, both species are in this area.
