Identification
"Head, thorax, and abdomen similar to those of
pallescens; antennae with from 49 to 51 segments, terminal 12 to 14 simple, longest pectinations 1.5 to 1.6mm. in length"

Genitalia:
Range
Colorado, New Mexico, and western Texas
(1). MPG also includes records from Arizona

Season
March to October. "Specimens have been collected in western Texas from March into May, and again in September and October. In New Mexico and Colorado, most moths were taken from late June into August"

Food
Dyar (1903b) reared larvae from
Prunus (Rosaceae) and
Polygonum (Polygonaceae). However, because no adults emerged and the parent female was not preserved, this cannot be confirmed
