Delmar, you are probably right as usual, but I wondered if you had considered
?
Glaphyria peremptalis
looks like a pretty gray area to me. The represented photos are much more boldly marked than your specimen. I looked on BOLD at both species and could not find a very good separating point except for a darker hind wing in my choice. I don't think there is enough of a hind wing showing in your photographs for me to make a species choice. Sorry, I tried.
