Small, bright bug - Largus davisi
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, USA

Size: ~1cm
This small true bug was perched on the tip of a small plant in Key Largo. Based on the relative size of the abdomen, I assume this is a female, but since I'm not familiar with this species I can't be sure.
