Unknown Beetle - Stenosphenus dolosus

Unknown Beetle - Stenosphenus dolosus
Langtry, Val Verde County, Texas, USA

Moved, thinking Stenosphenus dolosus
Moved from Beetles.

Plant looks like...
Frangula (= Rhamnus) sp. from leaf venation & flowers. We call it coffeeberry in CA, but unfortunately I'm not familiar w/ the Texas flora. Plant ID may help ID beetle (those serrate teeth on the antennal segments and roundness of the thorax give me pause...but I wonder if it's a cerambycid?).
