Size would be helpful, but it definitely looks like Idia rotundalis.

Another possibility
Now, that your response sent me back to this post, I have to admit that Idia diminuendis might be another possibility because the lines as well as reniform and orbicular spots on your photos are not clearly visible but, they being barely detectable, rotundalis appears to be the more likely ID.
