I still have this one, so I'll try to get a close-up of the eyes.

Scolytinae
This one is in the genus Polygraphus. Habitus, somewhat scaly short pubescence, and form of antennal club are characteristic, even more so is that the eyes are divided in half (seen when picture enlarged only) - so here we have another "four-eyed" beetle!
