Female - Mining Bee
She looks green and very hairy! Note, she has three submarginal cells and very clear wings. This might be something close to a female Unpolished Andrena, Andrena impolita. (western) Hold on for an expert opinion.

 
Family
Thanks – are you fairly certain as to family though?

 
Yes, but...
...there are many look-alikes in other families, other than the Leaf-cutter Bees, which have females that carry pollen on the ventral side of the abdomen.
Most of the Sweat Bees are not this hairy and the Small Carpenter Bees have different body shapes. Dr. Ascher should be able to say for sure, since these are very nice shots. Most of the Mining Bees look very different from this gal.
