Not lejops or Syritta. This one is in the tribus Xylotini, and it is Xylota or Chalcosyrphus!
In general the differences between these two genera are to subtile to see in a picture!

Not Syritta pipiens
but it could be Lejops. I'm not good at the subtleties in these syrphids, so I'll wait for one of the dipterists.

 
Good idea, waiting.
S. pipiens is easily IDed if you can see a sort of saw-toothed edge on the lower part of the rear femur. (I learned this tidbit from Hartmut, and it's mentioned on the Info page.)
