Tomoxia serval
from Liljeblad (1945), this appears to be Tomoxia serval (Say) 1835. Liljeblad lists it from Massachusetts and from Iowa to PA, yet states "seems to be rather rare, since comparatively few speciemens have been sent for examination". "Similar to T. borealis, but differs in hariy eyes". Also, the antennae with 1-4 segments narrow; 5-10 serrate also match description, along with pronotum and elytra pubescence.

Nice find, and another new species for BugGuide :)
