Miami-Dade county, Florida (21 January 2017, Nikon D7100). I assume one of the trashline orbweavers, right? I hesitate to assume, though... It certainly had the typical trashline vertical column. This was the best shot I could get (though not great; sorry).

Looks more like Allocyclosa
but difficult angle for ID
