Would this be Cymaenes tripunctus? It looks like a good match for me, but ...well it is a skipper.

Yes, Three-Spotted Skipper
Forewing subapical band bends outward, long antennae, reddish tint to basal leading edge of forewing, and mid spot of ventral hindwing postmedian band is aligned inward.
