I've tried rearing this one before with no luck.

August 4, 2016: a live teeny yellow wasp, the lep larva was still alive

That's it.
I tried Mymaridae, Aphelinidae, Signiphoridae but forgot about Trichogrammatidae. The head is distinctive.
