Size: .8 mm
July 31, 2016: collected lep larva on Purple Prairie Clover, Dalea purpurea
I've tried rearing this one before with no luck.
WES (Wisconsin Entomological Society) summer field day
August 4, 2016: a live teeny yellow wasp, the lep larva was still alive

That's it.
I tried Mymaridae, Aphelinidae, Signiphoridae but forgot about Trichogrammatidae. The head is distinctive.
