Female - Spider Wasp
This looks like a female Tachypompilus ferrugineus ferrugineus. (eastern) We can almost count the antennae and abdominal segments. (10 & 6 = ♀)(11 & 7 = ♂) The females have tarsal-rake spines on the forelegs, clearly visible in this image.
The males have slightly thicker antennae with shorter segments and long-thin abdomens. Here is a male: ♂ The males are rarely filmed.
