Leafhoppers on Trunk of Maple Tree - Cerastipsocus venosus
Thousand Acre Swamp in Penfield, Monroe County, New York, USA

Size: Adult was about 0.5 inch
This cluster of "leafhoppers", consisting of both nymphs and adults, was on the trunk of a maple tree. I saw several such clusters, all on maple trees.
