Hoping the pattern on this dragonfly makes for an east ID. (I do have a small pond, thus this could be teneral coloring.)

Genus Pantala
not sure which of the two it is :(
Looks like it might have the spots of hymenaea

I've added a close up view. I believe I can see the two dark spots at the base of the hindwings.
