It has to be Eurymerodesmidae
It has to be Eurymerodesmidae, the only leptodesmidean Polydesmidan in that area of TX, but I too have never seen such a rich orange color.

Polydesmida
A millipede in the Order Polydesmida, it reminds me of the Genus Eurymerodesmus, but I am not familiar with this coloration.

Another should definitely confirm.
