Female - Preditory Fungus Gnat
Fantastic shot, she must be closely related to this one.

Thanks for the genus ID. From there, I made an extensive research and I found that Macrocera fasciata is very similar (see link below). However, it is an european species !!!!

That might be her species.
However, I'm not familiar with the genus well enough to say. Hold on for the experts to check.
The ID info for that image is listed on the Insecte.org website. Here is a link: Macrocera fasciata (France)
Fungus Gnats Online lists the distribution of Macrocera fasciata as occuring very widespread in Europe. So, I suppose it is possible that it lives near you, as well.
