Female - Preditory Fungus Gnat
Fantastic shot, she must be closely related to this one.
Genus = Macrocera: ♀ Good Luck!

 
 
That might be her species.
However, I'm not familiar with the genus well enough to say. Hold on for the experts to check.

Fungus Gnats Online lists the distribution of Macrocera fasciata as occuring very widespread in Europe. So, I suppose it is possible that it lives near you, as well.
