Does this specimen have divided eyes?
I believe you should be looking in Asemini, not Callidiini.

 
You are correct
It does appear to be a Tetropium. I'm embarrassed to have been that far off.
Comparing it to the images of the types on the Cerambycidae Catalog website it fits well with T. alaskanum which is a synonym of T. parvulum, one of the two species found in Yukon.
