Small parasitoid wasp?

Small parasitoid wasp?
Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio, USA
July 25, 2016
This small wasp was observed near a mass of early instar larvae Euchaetes egle - Milkweed Tussock Moth caterpillars on the underside of a Asclepias syriaca - Common Milkweed leaf. Could it be a parasitoid of that species? My camera could not get a better image of this little wasp, and I understand it is likely not good enough for ID and may be frassed for that reason, but I am curious as to what might parasitize this species of moth.

Parasitoids…
There are quite a few ichneumons and several braconids that are known to attack this particular species. There are also a few chalcids, but this is not one of them. There are, however, suggestions of Microgastrinae in this image.

Possibly Microgastrinae
Thank you for the lead, Ross. I'll look into Braconids and especially Microgastinae.
