Black and White Spider Wasp - Episyron - female

Black and White Spider Wasp - Episyron - Female
Tracys Landing, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA
July 19, 2015
White stripe and spots on this spider wasp. My guess is Episyron quinquenotatus but wanted to see what you think. In this picture it is taking a break after it had dragged the spider up to a holding spot. I will post another picture of it digging the hole in the sand.

I can confirm the genus, but I would like the experts to check her tarsal rake spines. That often helps to verify the species ID.
Most of the images from your state have been placed in E. biguttatus. I think that one other species may be possible there, but I'm not sure.
