Chrysoperla carnea group
Facial markings are more in line with the genus Chrysoperla, particularly in the carnea group. This is also the more typical genus to have a pale streak down the body.

I'm not seeing any indication of orange spots on the pronotum--and the specimens in the Guide don't seem to have such well defined white stripes down the back:
