Red Gum Lerp Psyllid late instar nymph? - Glycaspis brimblecombei

Red Gum Lerp Psyllid late instar nymph? - Glycaspis brimblecombei
Rio Rico, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
February 19, 2017
Size: ~1.4 mm
Late instar nymph under its lerp; which was approximately 2.1 mm in diameter.
This nymph was very active while under its lerp and became sluggish as soon as I removed the covering.
