thanks! I'll consult with Kyle about this. we've been thinking they're likely an early instar of Graphocephala (we thought of Sibovia once, but they shouldn't occur as far north as some of these do). to me they definitely look like sharpshooter nymphs though. they should all be in one place (why I moved these), so I'll try to sort this out.
edit: for the record, still thinking
