Identification
Genal processes slender, vertical, as long or longer than vertex, closely appressed; head large, about as broad as thorax, antennae about twice as long as width of head; forewings long, about 3x as long as wide, medial cell longer than cubital, vein Rs very long, sinuate; hind tibia with 2 basal spurs and 3 inner apical spines. Female genital segment long, dorsal valve longer than ventral, ventral valve slender, apically acute. General color orange-red, head and abdomen darker; thorax with two dark lines; antennae dark; genal processes white, sometimes brown apically (2)(3)
