This was a large micro-moth that I saw only twice in late July on my daily moth surveys in 2016. It was attracted to lights.

Hystrichophora
I believe this is something in Hystrichophora, most likely the variable species, H. stygiana, as seen here (and on the BOLD page linked from this MPG page).

Hystrichophora stygiana is a perfect fit for my large, variable-colored tortricids! I'm convinced that this is the correct identification.

Sorry, I put my comment on the wrong photo. Here are two more close ones and MPG is actually shown in Oregon. What were you thinking? Your photos really look different to me to be the same moth. Perhaps you should unlink them.
