Size: 3mm (body length)
Caught in back shore fall-out trap.
Venation a little strange on left wing, with an extra cross vein in the discal cell.

Difficult
According to the last revision only one species has pale legs, and I don't think this is it. If you want a reliable ID you could send it to the Canadian National Collection.
