If I am correct there are 2 spots on the vertex then this would be Metylophorus novaescotiae.

FWIW, this looks like it's the first BG record from the western part of the US and our info. page also suggests this is an eastern NA species - is there any chance it could be a congener? I'm sure the ID is probably correct, just wanted to point out the geographic issue...
