Don't remember size all too well, but this was definitely a small bug. I'm not 100% sure it's a moth but I think that's what it is.

A moth, yes. I'm confident it's an Elophila species. Looking at the thumbnail, I thought it was E. tinealis, but up close I think I see markings of E. obliteralis.

Not sure how that happened! This was photographed August 27th of 2016.

once I get an ID, if it's not notable, this should probably be frassed since it's entirely out of focus
