This one's at a trickier angle, but from what I can see, I think the lateral thoracic stripes look very good for Lance-tipped, and it looks very bright indeed. A pity the end of the abdomen isn't in the shot, since the cerci shape would make it easier to confirm.

Yes, two years ago I wasn't so smart about getting a complete image for identification.
I can get a lot closer on any detail if that is helpful.

 
thorax
If you could do a crop of just the thorax for detail, that'd be super. But I'm pretty sure it's a constricta.
