Buffalo Treehopper - Tortistilus
In Westwood, elevation 5100', Lassen County, California, USA

Size: 8mm
Perhaps a light amber colored phase of species Ceresa pacifica; see here: (1). My previous submissions of C. pacifica were green. Other than color they are very similar in body shape and size. My thanks for confirmation or otherwise.
