To answer your question, I did indeed collect the pompilid specimens featured in my recent BugGuide photo submissions, but unfortunately, no longer have them. I mainly found the specimens visiting flowers (Daucus carota was a favourite) in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada where I live.

What I meant was, if you are collecting the specimens and then sending them to a scientist for an ID, (voucher specimens) then these images should hold at the family or tribe level, until you hear from them.
Otherwise, will will try to place them, as best we can from your images. If you ever do send some out for an ID, please make sure to tell us in the text. Thanks!
