May be teneral and therefore
May be teneral and therefore hard to ID. Not alebra aurea, though, and probably not Alebra. Head would be shorter. This specimen also appears to have some dark spots on the head, which A. aurea doesn't have.

John, Thanks for the thoughts on this specimen. After reviewing the posted Alebra photos I see what you mean by the head length. Definitely shorter in Alebra. I also went back and reviewed more of the Leafhopper postings. There seems to be a pretty good match for Pagaronia minor, especially Photo #543428 from a nearby location and on even the same host plant species.
