The white spot behind the head
and the white rings around the abdomen also match Dicogaster

The lateral view of the head
seems to match
Dicogaster coronada
. Too bad there is no frontal view. The frontoclypeus and adfrontal area appear to match your initial diagnosis (
Gloveria
). Toss-up?
