Nigrita Bagworm Moth
This looks to be Cryptothelea nigrita - Male. I enlarged and sharpened the antennae and could distinguish the fine sensory hairs. Since they are relatively long, this suggests C. nigrita rather than C. gloverii which has short sensory hairs.
