Another Chyphotid? - Brachycistis - Male

Size: ~ 10 mm
Came to U/V lights at night. Might be another Chyphotid but not sure, different than the earlier one submitted(1). Confirmation/correction, and further placement would be appreciated.

Male - Brachycistid Wasp
11 flagellomeres = ♂
Note, the first abdominal segment is not very long and the second segment lacks a felt line. = Brachycistidinae
