Pyritis kincaidii? - Cheilosia grossa

Pyritis kincaidii? - Cheilosia grossa
Cape Arago State Park, Coos County, Oregon, USA
March 16, 2017
Size: about 20 mm
Found visiting English daisies on a mowed lawn only about 100 yards from the cliff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Coastal forest nearby.
This fly looks a lot like BG # 1043520. If I am correct it will be Oregon's first photo in BG

I think this could be Cheilos
I think this could be Cheilosia grossa .... male.
Compare third antennal segment with Pyritis, which has short quadrate third segment and plumose arista. Tibiae paler at base here but all black in Pyritis.
I've sent it to Martin.
