I didn't mean to say your ID was wrong. I meant that I was wondering if you knew something that I was missing. I check out your images regularly and figured you might. It's an impressive body of work both in quantity and quality.

I should have added a comment when I moved it, but I was in a hurry earlier today.
I'm glad you caught the mis-identification. This way, we keep the guide accurate, and I changed my own records.

Puzzled
On MPG's live pages, Nolie Schneider's example of Euphyia unangulata (Euphyia intermediata) and Forest Barnas' example of Xanthorhoe lacustrata both look nearly identical to your photo. I would have guessed Euphyia intermediata on all three based on the slight notch on in the AM line near the inner margin.
